Abhinava Rizel Private Limited (ARPL) is a start-up Company incorporated on 11 May 2022.

ARPL is engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing of parts / components for EV electric power train, electric motors and electric controllers’ / drives gearbox and ADAS systems, etc., used in automotive, industrial, marine, aerospace etc., 

As a part of transformation strategy, with an intention to develop and to become a leading player in the growing electric vehicle (EV) segment, M M Forgings Limited (MMF) had acquired 88% stake in ARPL on 01 September 2022 by investing in equity thereby ARPL becomes a subsidiary Company of MMF.
